General conditions of participation
As a referrer, you are subject to Flotte ' s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as the following Terms and Conditions specific to the referral program.
Invite a friend: become a referral. Any eligible person can join the Flotte refer-a-friend program by clicking on the "Invite a Friend" link provided by Flotte.
Qualified Referral: A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made on www.flotte.fr by a person (a "Referred Customer") who accesses our website by clicking on your referral program link. The Sponsor's unique referral link may not be shared, sold or used in any other way, except by the Sponsor itself to obtain qualified referrals. Referral links shared or obtained through other sources (for example, via a publication on a third-party intermediary or website) will not be valid. Sponsors are limited to one (1) Qualified Referral per Referred Customer, meaning that additional or repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer will not be considered additional Qualified Referrals.
Referred customer: the referred customer and the referrer must be different people (for example, by using different e-mail addresses).
Referral rewards: referral rewards are only earned following qualified referrals. Referrals are reserved for new customers. Friends must spend at least €59 to qualify for the referral discount. Refer a friend discounts are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. As soon as the referred friend makes a successful purchase using the referral discount code, the referrer will receive a €15 discount code by e-mail. The referral discount code can only be used for orders over €59. The referral reward expires 3 months after it is issued.
Reward payments: referral rewards are payable in the increments detailed in the then-applicable referral promotion. Reward payments cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions. As a sponsor, you are responsible for any tax liability resulting from sponsorship rewards.
No combination: sponsored customers may not combine discounts earned through their use of the sponsorship program with offer codes or other promotions offered by Flotte.
Eligibility: eligibility is limited to individuals only. The Flotte referral program may not be used by companies for affiliate lead generation, as determined at Flotte's sole discretion. Each entry must be associated with a unique IP address. The following conditions will result in the cancellation of the sponsorship: the use of a similar IP address between sponsor and sponsored participant, self-sponsorship and the use of a similar e-mail address.
No spam: you must comply with all current "SPAM" laws. For example, e-mails must be created and distributed in a personal manner, and mass e-mail distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that may constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the Flotte Refer a Friend program.
Right to cancel reward: Any abuse of this offer, as determined by Flotte, may result in the cancellation of the sponsoring customer's referral credit and the sponsored person's promotional code, as well as the inability of both parties to participate in this or future promotions. Referral credit cannot be applied to previous purchases and is not redeemable for cash. This referral program may be modified or terminated at any time without notice at our sole discretion.
Right to close accounts: Flotte reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to demand appropriate payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Flotte Referral program in a questionable manner or violates any of these terms and conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or government regulation.
Right to cancel program or modify terms and conditions: Flotte reserves the right to cancel the referral program or modify these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. All unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
