We offer several delivery methods depending on the geographical area:

FRANCE

  • Standard Colissimo €4.95 - free for orders over €59
  • Colissimo point relais €4.95 - free for orders over €59
  • TNT Express 24h - €9.99

BELGIUM

  • Standard delivery €4.95 - free for orders over €59

EUROPEAN UNION

  • Standard delivery €10 - free for orders over €200

DOM-TOM

  • Standard delivery €12

OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

  • Standard delivery €25

For instant exchanges, the delivery time is shortened because your exchange order is dispatched as soon as your exchange request has been validated. The same delivery costs apply as for standard exchanges.

FRANCE : 1 to 3 working days depending on the method selected.

EUROPEAN UNION :

  • Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy: 3-5 days depending on the method selected 
  • Rest of EU countries: 4-10 days depending on country and method selected.

OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION :

5-10 days depending on the method selected.

Our delivery times do not include order preparation time, which can vary from 24 to 48 hours (standard working days). Orders placed before 1pm are generally prepared the same day.
These lead times may be increased at particular times of the year (private sales, Christmas, etc.) due to the higher volume of orders.

Customers outside the European Union may be required to pay customs duties, which are not included in the cost of the order. Depending on the country and your delivery address, the amount of these taxes may vary. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Since January 2021, the UK has been affected by these customs charges.

You've changed your mind and want to return a product? We are committed to guaranteeing your satisfaction by offering you the possibility of an exchange or return, under certain conditions:

  • Online orders
    - You have 14 days after receipt of your parcel to return the items. After this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

    - Returned items must be: New, unwashed, untreated and unaltered. In their original condition and packaging, with labels attached.

  • Return shipping
    - Free of charge for exchanges or partial returns.
  • - At your expense in the event of a full refund (the amount will be deducted from the refund).
  • - For a second exchange, you will also be responsible for return shipping costs.
    - Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Store purchases Flotte (Paris)
    - Only exchanges or vouchers (valid for 24 months) are possible. No refunds will be made.

  • Orders from retailers or department stores
    - We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Return shipping costs are as follows:

France & Belgium: €4.95
Europe & UK: €10
Other countries: €15

5. Stick the label on the parcel and drop it off at a La Poste office of your choice.
