FRANCE : 1 to 3 working days depending on the method selected.


  • Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy: 3-5 days depending on the method selected 
  • Rest of EU countries: 4-10 days depending on country and method selected.

Our delivery times do not include order preparation time, which can vary from 24 to 48 hours (standard working days). Orders placed before 1pm are generally prepared the same day.
These lead times may be increased at particular times of the year (private sales, Christmas, etc.) due to the higher volume of orders.

Customers outside the European Union may be required to pay customs duties, which are not included in the cost of the order. Depending on the country and your delivery address, the amount of these taxes may vary. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Since January 2021, the UK has been affected by these customs charges.

Exchange and return portal

You've changed your mind and want to return a product?

We are committed to guaranteeing your satisfaction by giving you the opportunity to make an exchange or return within the allotted time. For the holiday season, exchange and return periods are extended until January 15, 2024. After this date, no items will be exchanged or refunded.

For this, the returned items must be new, in saleable condition. They must not have been washed, treated or altered in any way. They must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging and the labels must be attached to the items.

Return shipping is free in the case of an exchange of your order or a partial return of the order. The item will be exchanged while stocks last. In the case of a second exchange, the return costs are at the customer's expense. In the event of a request for a refund of the entire order, the return costs are payable by the customer. The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund.

The rates are as follows:

France: €4.90 - Belgium: €6.99
Europe & UK: €10
All other countries: €15

4. Get the request details and print the return label
5. Stick the label on the parcel and drop it off at a La Poste office of your choice.
