Your request simplified in a few clicks! Here are the steps to follow:
1. Access the return portal
2. Provide your order number and the email address used when ordering
3. Select the items you wish to return or exchange
4. Get request details and print return label
5. Stick the label on your package and drop it off at a La Poste office of your choice

Have you changed your mind and want to return a product?

Flotte undertakes to guarantee your satisfaction by giving you the possibility of making an exchange or a return within the time limits. You have up to 14 days after receipt of the package to return the items to us. Beyond this period, no item will be exchanged or refunded.

For this, the returned items must be new, in salable condition. They must never have been washed, have undergone any treatment or any alteration whatsoever. They must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging and the tags must be attached to the items.

Return costs are free in the case of an exchange of your order or a partial return of the order. The item will be exchanged within the limit of available stock. For a second exchange, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a request for reimbursement of the totality of the order, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return costs will be automatically deducted from the refund.
