You want to return your Flotte because it does not meet your expectations or because it is not in your size? Don't worry, you have 14 days to return or exchange your order for an exchange or refund. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

In case of exchange, the return to Europe is free. The return shipping costs will be automatically deducted from your refund. The refund is made within 14 days.
