We're looking for a sales assistant to support the brand's growth on the French and European markets.

Reporting to the Sales Department and based in Paris, at head office, you will support the sales teams throughout the sales cycle.

Job description

• Administrative processing and follow-up of orders (data entry, information gathering, etc.).
• order confirmations...)
• Manage deliveries (tracking payments and deliveries), coordination with the
• logistics and accounting departments.
• Helps manage customer disputes.
• Respond to customer requests for information (catalogs, specifications, etc.).
• products, restocking, prices, availability, lead times...
• Coordination with field sales agents.
• Setting up dashboards, sales per customer and reporting
• Updating of the Collection Book and Showroom support during sales sessions.

You have at least one successful experience in a similar position.
You are very comfortable on the phone and with IT tools. You are fluent in English.
You are motivated and dynamic, with a strong fashion sense. You have a well-developed commercial sense, and enjoy contact with customers.
