E-commerce & CRM Manager (M/F) - CDI

Working within the Marketing & Communication department, and reporting to the Image & Communication Director, your position will be key in a context of digital development, and you'll be working in tandem with Communication & Community Management. You'll be in charge of developing e-commerce and CRM strategy.

 

Your missions:

E-Commerce

  • Creation and updating of e-shop content (product sheets, landing pages, blog posts, SEO and referencing, management of English and French versions)
  • Drawing up an events calendar (highlights and sales operations)
  • Performance monitoring and reporting (KPI analysis and dissemination of results, action plan)
  • Be a driving force behind the implementation of innovative tools to develop sales
  • Ensure that brand image and communications are aligned with overall brand communications
  • Conduct regular competitive intelligence and benchmark markerting by affinity brands to Flotte
  •  

    CRM

  • Manage, segment and develop the customer database for personalized, targeted communications
  • Design and execute online and offline campaigns (e-newsletters, mailings, sms) with weekly targeting.
  • Omnichannel loyalty program management (web + retail)
  •  

    Partnership management

  • Management and follow-up with external partners, including service providers involved in site development, to ensure seamless integration and optimum performance.
  • Participate in setting up commercial web/retail activations with brands
  • Partner search and brand relationship management with communications team
  •  

    Profile required

  • With a Master's degree or 5 years' higher education in Marketing/Communications/Business School, you are passionate about digital and e-commerce professions, and you have a passion for fashion.
  • You have 2 to 3 years' experience in an agency, advertiser or freelancei
  • Analytical mindset, good understanding of digital activation levers to achieve KPI's
  • Advanced knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics and CRM (such as Klaviyo)
  • Data-driven and analytical with advanced Excel skills
  • Proactive, autonomous, curious and organized, you know how to find the right information to accomplish your missions.
  • Strong team spirit, at ease in small structures with good interpersonal skills
  • Very good written and spoken French and English
