Assistant Stylist / Production Manager (M/F) - Work-study program

Working in the product department, you will report directly to the division manager through the development of the next collections Flotte.
The collection is based around a mixed adult and children's range, as well as a range of accessories.

 

Your missions:

With your ear to the market and trends, you find the right balance between fashion and commercial products. You're highly organized, and you're not afraid of following up multiple files to develop a collection.

STYLING & COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT

  • You have a thorough knowledge of the market and regularly monitor it.
  • You manage development follow-up with a master's hand (trend/color chart, collection plan, technical sheets, drawing, creation and/or coloring of prints, calendar, etc.).
  • Assist the product manager during collection development, from sketches to model delivery
  • Preparation of technical files for launches
  • You provide feedback on fittings and monitor prototypes with your product developer.
  • You are present at the presentation of the collections.
  • Help with sourcing materials and supplies in correlation with the styling team

    PRODUCTION MONITORING 

  • Collection follow-up: prices / planning / production of sales documents / manufacturer follow-up / dispatch of orders
  • Keeping SMS files

    Profile required

  • With a degree (Bac+3/+4) from a fashion/business or logistics school, you are passionate about the fashion industry and have a good knowledge of our products.
  • You already have successful experience as an assistant product manager or stylist
  • Proactive, autonomous, curious and organized, you know how to find the right information to accomplish your missions.
  • Strong team spirit, at ease in small structures with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of Excel, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Very good level of written and spoken French and English. Chinese a plus
