Delivery and returns

Preparation of commands

Once your order has been placed in our online store, we process it within 24 working hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) in our workshop. Orders placed after 16 p.m. will be prepared the following day. During periods of high activity, our delivery times may be extended.

As soon as the parcel is dispatched, an e-mail will be sent to you including the tracking number of your order to be kept informed of the correct delivery of your parcel.

Delivery in metropolitan France

You just have to wait between 2 to 3 working days to enjoy your order. Flotte.

Delivery outside France

For deliveries outside France, delivery times are likely to be a little longer. We currently deliver in all countries of the European Union and internationally without any limit. For any order made outside France, delivery times may be slightly modified depending on their destination.

For deliveries abroad, the recipient may have to pay delivery and customs costs, according to the legislation in force in his country of destination.

Returns and Exchanges

You want to make your Flotte because it does not meet your expectations or because it is not your size? Don't worry, for the holiday season, you have until January 15, 2023 to return or exchange your order for an exchange or refund. Personalized items cannot be exchanged and/or refunded. 

All returns are made by post. Returned items must be new. They must never have been washed, worn or soiled and have undergone no treatment or alteration whatsoever. They must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging and the tags must be attached to the items.

Return costs are free in the case of an exchange of your order or a partial return of the order. The item will be exchanged within the limit of available stock. For a second exchange, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a request for reimbursement of the totality of the order, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return costs will be automatically deducted from the refund.
