Preparation of orders
Once your order is placed in our online store, we proceed to its processing within 24 working hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) in our workshop. Orders placed after 4pm will be prepared the next day. In periods of high activity, our delivery times may be extended.
As soon as the package is shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you including the tracking number of your order to be kept informed of the good delivery of your package.
Delivery in France
You will only have to wait 2 to 3 working days to enjoy your order Flotte.
Delivery outside France
For deliveries outside of France, delivery times may be a little longer. We currently deliver to all countries in the European Union and internationally without any limit. For any order made outside of France, delivery times may be slightly modified depending on the destination.
For deliveries abroad, the recipient may be required to pay delivery and customs fees, depending on the legislation in force in the country of destination.
Feedback and exchanges
You want to return your Flotte because it does not meet your expectations or because it is not in your size? Don't worry, during the holiday season, you have until January 15, 2023 to return or exchange your order for an exchange or refund. Personalized items cannot be exchanged and/or refunded.
All returns are made by mail. The returned items must be new. They must never have been washed, worn or soiled and must not have been treated or altered in any way. They must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging and the labels must be attached to the items.

Return shipping is free in the case of an exchange of your order or a partial return of the order. The article will be exchanged within the limit of available stock. For a second exchange the return costs are at the customer's expense. In case of request for refund of the totality of the order, the expenses of return are chargeable to the customer. The return costs will be automatically deducted from the refund.
